Combined angular and energy dispersive diffraction: optimized data acquisition, normalization and reduction

چکیده

Combined angular and energy dispersive diffraction is particularly well suited to experiments at high pressures in large-volume presses, the study of liquid or amorphous systems. This work describes data acquisition, correction reduction approach developed PSICHE beamline SOLEIL synchrotron. The measured were normalized for both scattering volume effective incident spectrum. By optimizing acquisition strategy, measurement time radiation dose are greatly reduced. protocol outputs profiles that suitable pair distribution function structure analysis. These processes demostrated with examples from a number real experimental sets.
